Corisa L. Guiffre
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Corisa L.
Guiffre is responsible for Andrea Electronics' worldwide finance
and treasury activities, risk management and contracts administration.
Ms. Guiffre is the former Controller at Andrea Electronics
and, prior to joining the Company, was part of the Audit,
Tax and Business Advisory divisions at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Ms. Guiffre has a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and
Business Management and Accounting from Adelphi University.
She is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of
the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
