Douglas J. Andrea
President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Douglas J. Andrea, has been President and Chief Executive
Officer since January 2005, Chairman of the Board of Directors
since November 2001, a Director of the Company since 1991
and Corporate Secretary since 2003. He was Co-Chairman and
Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company from November 1998
until August 2001. He served as Co-President of the Company
from November 1992 to November 1998, as Vice President - Engineering
of the Company from December 1991 to November 1992, and Secretary
of the Company from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Andrea has a Bachelor
of Science degree in Industrial Design from Syracuse University.
