AND) announced today that its fourth quarter and year-end earnings
release, originally scheduled for Thursday, February 8, 2001, has
been delayed in order to finalize the Company's year-end audit and
to provide more details on its initiatives for 2001. The delay is
not related to the Company's ongoing business, and management expects
results for the fourth quarter and year-end 2000 to be in line with
analyst expectations.
Management expects the audit to be completed within the SEC time
limits for year-end reporting. Upon completion of the audit, the
Company will promptly release its earnings.
