Andrea Electronics Corporation has appointed Christopher P. Sauvigne as the
Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Sauvigne has been the
Company's President and Chief Operating Officer since he was hired in November
of 1998. As part of the restructuring, Joseph Marash and Richard A. Maue have
been promoted to Executive Vice President. Mr. Marash will continue as Chief
Technology Officer and Mr. Maue will continue as both Chief Financial Officer
and Corporate Secretary. Douglas J. Andrea will continue to serve as the
Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.
