technologies, today enhanced its call center product line with the
announcement of the Andrea CA-910 Universal Call Center Headset
Amplifier at the 2002 American Teleservices Association (ATA) Convention
and Exhibition in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The Andrea CA-910 Amplifier offers a new sleek, contemporary style
to traditional call center amplifiers, and it features Andrea Advanced
Automatic Gain Control (A3GC), delivering continuous sound level
adjustment that keeps incoming voices at comfortable levels. The
CA-910 also features a receive and transmit volume control, a headset
/handset selector, tone control, a battery check switch with LED
indication and a mute switch with LED indication. In addition, the
CA-910 has a phone compatibility switch that enables connections
to most single or multi-line phones.
