Andrea Electronics Corporation Retains FTI Merger & Acquisition Advisors, LLC As Financial Advisor

MELVILLE, N.Y., July 2, 2003 -- Andrea Electronics Corporation (Amex: AND) announced today that it has retained FTI Merger & Acquisition Advisors, LLC as its exclusive financial advisor to assist the Company in exploring a variety of strategic alternatives relative to its digital audio technology business.
