Addition
of Online Collaboration Expert Greatly Enhances Andrea's Strategic
Headset Sales Efforts within Distance Learning

N.Y., June 30, 2004 -- Andrea Electronics Corporation (AND),
a leading PC audio equipment and software developer, announced
today that it has appointed Daniel S. Taub to the position
of Director of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Taub joins Andrea
with more than 16 years experience in the enterprise applications
software and services industry. Most recently, he served as
the Solutions Engineer Manager at Centra Software, Inc., a
leading provider of specialized application software and services
for real time business collaboration, where he supervised
Centra's solutions engineering resources and sales activities
across the Northeast and Central U. S. regions. Previously,
Mr. Taub held senior systems consultant/analyst positions
at Banyan Systems, Inc. and Sotheby's, Inc.
In his new position with Andrea Electronics, Mr. Taub will
focus his selling efforts and energies in establishing Fortune
1000 PC audio peripheral relationships within the online collaboration
and distance learning marketplace as well as assisting in
launching complementary vertical market sales and marketing
strategies.
