Andrea Digital Audio Software enhances the communications and audio experience of Andrea USB headsets and USB-SA sound cards with audio applications.

"Andrea's USB headsets and external USB soundcards can now benefit from our award winning audio enhancement software that is now available for use on Apple computers running OS X Leopard, Snow Leopard and Lion operating systems. The new software provides some of the same great audio enhancement features that our customers have come to enjoy with PCs and Microsoft Windows operating systems."

Speaker Playback Features:

	Noise Cancellation: Speaker output is enhanced with Andrea's PureAudio™ noise reduction for removing noise from your VoIP received audio. By cleaning up the signal you are listening to, you increase intelligibility. This feature can be use with our headsets or USB-SA sound card desktop speakers.

	Graphic Equalizer: Software includes a high fidelity 10 band Graphic Equalizer with 22 preset selections for the specific control of bass, mid-range and treble audio levels for customizing the sound tone to fit your music genra.
Microphone Recording Features:

	Stereo Recording, No Filters: Provides unfiltered true left and right stereo microphone audio input for high fidelity stereo recording.

	Stereo Noise Cancellation: Microphone input has PureAudio™ noise reduction on left and right channels that removes repetitive and stationary noise from your microphone signals as well as electrical buzz from noisy power sources.

	Lite beam forming: DSDA2 is a directional beam forming noise reduction software that provides directional array microphone noise reduction. DSDA2 is designed to enable far-field (headset free) speech recognition command and control performance with our SuperBeam array microphone accessory.

	Aggressive Beam Forming: DSDA3™ is an adaptive beam forming noise reduction algorithm that provides extreme directional array microphone noise cancellation performance. Both DSDA2/3 have stationary or manual steering control of beam direction. Enhance VoIP communications and videoconferencing applications for clear conversations in noisy environments without the need for a close talking boom microphone.

1. Startup System Prefrences

2. Click on "Andrea Audio Enhancements" icon in
the "other" section at the bottom of the preferences panel.

3. Click on either the "Microphone" or "Speaker" tab.

4. Select the filters.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

No Sound from headset ear phone while audio plays from computer.
• Check that USB Dongle is installed
• Check that headset is powered on.
• Check that the volume is not all the way down.
MAC
• Open the system preferences panel
• Click on the sounds icon
• Click on the output button
• Select the default output audio device
• Adjust the volume slider for proper volume level
